Founder and Sports Therapist

Ellie is our founder and sports therapist at Peake Health. Ellie has been practising in the industry for over 8 years now. Prior to starting Peake Health Ellie worked along side many physiotherapist and physicians in multiple clinics around Adelaide.

Ellie has worked with many sporting clubs and individual athletes to help them on their fitness, health and wellness journey. In clinic Ellie offers an array of treatment options to help you feeling your best from sports and remedial massage, assessment and treatment of sporting injuries, dry needling, myofascial and functional release cupping as well as rehabilitation options.

In her spare time you will find Ellie at home with her in the great outdoors spending time with her family and pooch or traveling around Australia and teaching professional development courses with ACE to other allied health practitioners. Ellie loves all things about running and love spending time in the garden.

Matt Robinson

Remedial Massage Therapist

With over 12 years in the industry, Matt has attained a range of experience working alongside other health professionals through Wakefield Sports Clinic and SportsMed SA which has included treatment for post-operative surgical rehabilitation and sports injury management.

Whether it is general training, day to day activities or sport (elite level or weekend warrior) Matt aims to help assist and educate people to improve their well-being to help get them through the physical demands of athletes and workers of all activity levels.

Matt played tennis at an elite level as a junior and still competes at a high level of competition throughout the year. Matt intends on keeping on the court into his senior years.

Over the years Matt has provided massage for Gold and Silver medallists of Olympics and Paralympics, travelling sporting teams, national sporting carnivals, including the National Police Games Basketball Championships 2022 and has provided massage services for professional tennis tournaments since 2016.
